Perle de call centre


Multi dintre noi am intrat in campul muncii incepand cu un call centre... Unora li se pare usor, altora, stresant, iar altora amuzant. Eh, dragii mei, adevarul e undeva la mijloc, pentru ca toti cei de la tech support au de a face cu oameni si oameni, care din care mai afaceristi si mai sofisticati, dar care la capitolul tehnica lasa mul de dorit... Si nu ma refer la chestii complicate, gen retelistica, ci la chestii elementare, dupa cum urmeaza. Enjoy!!!

Agent: Please double click on My Computer!
Client: I cannot double click on your computer!

Agent: Do you see on your desktop a small icon like 2 small computers?
Client: What’s a desktop?

Agent: In order to get conencted, you must plug in the USB modem into your computer.
Client: And how do I do that? Do I have to take a screwdrive, open the computer and place the device there?

Agent: What type of connection do you have?
Client: Wireless. I really don’t know what is wrong. I mean...i plugged in the cable but I still cannot pick up the signal...

Clinet: I have a modem, a cable and a laptop... What am I supposed to do with them in order to get connected?
Agent: ( no comment )


Client: Do I have to open my computer to get connected to th internet?
Agent: (no comment)
